We're Spring Baking!
Join us!
So I know some of you aren’t getting all these emails. Boo. So I figured I’d do a little recap of what we’ve been up to so far!
We’ve been baking things from the Spring recipe bundle!
The bundle is all about festive breakfasts and desserts for Spring.
I explain why I went with breakfast breads and desserts in the previous posts so do go and read those if you missed them 👇.
We’re making
stone-baked pistolet buns
sandwich rolls
a rustic raisin loaf
Belgian chocolate mousse
Conde rice pudding
and fermented elderflower lemonade
If you don’t know what all of those are but you’re intrigued, you’ll find all the explanation you need in the bundle!
There’s still plenty of time to join us!
People are baking already for sure.
Sarah made this apple loaf cake using the recipe in the Fall bundle.
It looks delightful!
Others of you have messaged me saying you’ve already baked thing or are looking forward to diving into the book once it’s delivered.
We also had a shout-out from Cher Hale in her newsletter saying this 👇
About the actual, physical book
8 by 10 inches
32 pages
digital copies included with a print copy
printer by ingramspark, not the smallest of companies but still independent
As always,
all recipes make the smallest amount possible
include all my tips and tricks as a Belgian pastry chef for getting those world-class bakery results at home and
range from beginner to more advanced in baking experience.
Any questions, just reply to this email or send a message.
Fall + Spring bundle
FYI. If you didn’t get a copy back in the Fall, that bundle includes the apple cake recipe Sarah made and recipes for mokken biscuits, a leavened prune pie and Brussels waffles, it’s available together with the Spring bundle in what I call the ‘bundle-bundle’.
That’s a, ha, bundle of both the Spring and Fall bundles sent straight to your door.
Available as a digital copy too.
Those bundles are £19 for the print version and £13.50 for the digital one so slightly less than the two on their own.
Just make sure to scroll all the way down on the shopping cart page and select ‘and the Fall bundle too...’ from the drop-down menu before clicking ‘add to cart’.
Thank you for reading! This article is public so if you happen to know anyone who would enjoy reading this post, or about Belgian baking in general, I would very much appreciate it if you shared this article with that person. The button below lets you email it or share it on social media.
